  • What is the difference between preserved , artificial, dried, colored plants, and real, live plants?
    • Plants Preserved: Made with an eco-friendly process that replaces natural sap with a 100% biodegradable solution. Requiring no water, light, or maintenance, they maintain a natural appearance and do not attract insects. Ideal for indoor use only, even in spaces without natural light.
    • Artificial Plants: Made entirely of PVC or technical fabric, with UV-resistant certification and Fr-classification for fire reaction according to EN 13501-1, as per the manufacturer's technical documentation. Fire reaction classification:  Products are supplied with fire reaction classification based on the manufacturer's and/or SGS test reports. LinfaGreen operates exclusively as a reseller and provides the relevant technical certificate for each item.Since fire regulations and compliance requirements may vary from country to country and are subject to change over time, the Customer is responsible for checking in advance, with the competent authorities and/or its own technical consultants, the suitability of the product for the intended use and compliance with applicable local regulations.LinfaGreen is not responsible for local regulatory approvals, the interpretation of current provisions, or specific project requirements.
    • Colorful Dried Plants: These are real plants, dried and then colored with natural or chemical dyes. They are delicate, require no water or light, and are ideal for indoor use only.
    • Real Live Plants: Natural plants that grow over time and require specific care such as light, water, fertilizer, and sometimes pest protection. Ideal for those who want a living, interactive garden.

  • Will your plants grow? Do they need water or light?

    Unlike real live plants, all our preserved , artificial and dried colored do not require water or light.

  • In which environment can they be installed?

    preserved , dried, and colored plants are intended for indoor use only, away from direct heat sources and atmospheric agents. Artificial plants can be placed indoors or outdoors as they are UV-resistant and fire-retardant certified. Plants can be installed indoors or outdoors. 

  • What do they look like and how do they present themselves to each other?

    Our preserved , artificial, and colorful dried plants, including mosses and reinder mosss, closely resemble living plants, with soft textures, vibrant colors, and natural details. However, some glue or staples may be visible, as they are necessary for assembly.

  • What does vertical garden maintenance consist of?

    Like anything in your home or office, it will collect dust over time. You can simply use a cold air blower to blow away the dust every six months or a year. From the main menu, click the "Vertical Garden Maintenance" button.

  • Can I order a customization?

    YES! We offer custom sizes and a variety of plant materials if you have something specific in mind. A choice of frame colors and finishes, or a lower frame profile, are also available upon request. We're happy to accommodate your existing frame. Let us know the size so we can send you a quote. 

  • Do you offer design services?

    Our studio services range from initial conception to final product installation. We're accustomed to working with individual clients, architects, or entire creative teams in private, public, or corporate settings, providing unique design solutions from start to finish.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    YES! Please contact us for specific rates on orders outside the European Union. Our items will be inspected by customs, so shipping times will take longer than usual.
