The offer and sale of products found on our website (www.linfagreen.com) are governed by the following General Conditions of Sale.

Availability of products without prejudice to all the clauses listed below, for our company the production seasonality determines the production cycle, for

this is because not all products are available at all times of the year .

General Conditions of Sale

Products purchased by mail are displayed on the website www.linfagreen.com and are the property of: LANDSCAPE ABC di Cannone Francesco. Any draft, design proposal, rendering, or visual simulation provided prior to ordering remains the exclusive intellectual property of LANDSCAPE ABC. Their use, distribution, or reproduction is prohibited without written authorization.

The Customer is therefore invited, before sending the order, to carefully read the general conditions of sale as identified above and the information contained therein and to print them or save them on another durable medium accessible to him.

Purchase procedure

  1. The Customer can purchase the products listed on the website  www.linfagreen.com in the sections illustrated in detail, as described in the relevant PDF sheets sent by email before order confirmation. The publication of the products displayed on the Website constitutes an invitation to the Customer to submit a contractual purchase proposal. The order submitted by the Customer constitutes a contractual proposal and implies full knowledge and acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.

    Correct receipt of the Customer's proposal is confirmed by LANDSCAPE ABC di Cannone Francesco via a reply sent to the email address provided by the Customer.

    Acceptance of the general conditions of sale

  3. The contract stipulated between LANDSCAPE ABC di Cannone Francesco and the Customer shall be deemed concluded with the acceptance, even partial, of the order by LANDSCAPE ABC di Cannone Francesco. This acceptance is considered tacit unless otherwise communicated to the Customer in any manner. By placing an order via bank transfer, the Customer declares having read all the information provided during the purchase process and fully accepts the general and payment terms and conditions set forth below.

  4. If the Customer is a consumer (i.e., a natural person purchasing the goods for purposes not related to their professional activity), once the purchase procedure has been completed, they will print or save an electronic copy and in any case retain these general conditions of sale, in compliance with the provisions of Italian legislation regarding distance contracts.

  5. The Customer is excluded from any right to compensation for damages or indemnity, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or things, caused by the failure to accept or fulfill, even partially, an order.

  6. The order sent by the Customer to LANDSCAPE ABC di Cannone Francesco via email must be completed in its entirety and contain the necessary information to identify the Customer, the products ordered, and the delivery address, otherwise it will be invalid. LANDSCAPE ABC di Cannone Francesco will send the Customer an order confirmation email. The delivery address must be manned, meaning there must be someone present at all times to receive the package.

  7. By submitting the order, the Customer declares that he has read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure, and that he fully accepts the General Conditions and payment terms described below.

    Product prices – shipping costs – product availability

  8. All product prices are exclusive of VAT as a flat-rate tax regime and shipping costs.

  9. Product prices are subject to change at any time and without notice. It is understood that, limited to orders being accepted or as accepted above by LANDSCAPE ABC di Cannone Francesco, the conditions of sale in force at the time the order is sent by the Customer will apply, except for orders not accepted, as per paragraph 3.

  10. Delivery times vary depending on the destination area. Until the order is shipped by LANDSCAPE ABC di Cannone Francesco, the customer has the right to cancel or modify the order exclusively by calling 0039.3297219656.

  11. The cost of each shipment, the amount of which may vary based on the weight of the package and the destination of the products, is added to the overall price of the products

  12. The shipping cost is clearly indicated and communicated to the Customer, via proforma email, before the conclusion of the Purchase Agreement.

  13. The visual representation of products on the Site, where available, generally corresponds to the photographic image accompanying the description. It is understood that the image of the packages themselves is intended solely for presentation purposes and may not be perfectly representative of their features but may differ in color, size, and accessory products shown in the image. In the event of a discrepancy between the image and the written product description, the product description always prevails.

    Order payment

  14. Payments must be made via online bank transfer. For details, see the Payment Methods provided on the proforma invoice. After reviewing the order summary via email and carrying out any necessary checks, the Customer will confirm the transaction.

  15. LANDSCAPE ABC di Cannone Francesco reserves the right to request additional information from the Customer (unique code or certified email). If the requested documentation is missing, LANDSCAPE ABC di Cannone Francesco reserves the right to refuse the order.

  16. For greater customer protection and security, at no point during the purchase process will LANDSCAPE ABC di Cannone Francesco access the buyer's credit card information, which is transmitted via a secure connection directly to the website of the banking institution handling the transaction. LANDSCAPE ABC di Cannone Francesco will not store this data in any computer archive. Therefore, under no circumstances will LANDSCAPE ABC di Cannone Francesco be held liable for any fraudulent or improper use of credit cards by third parties.

    Deliveries and documentation

  17. If the product is in stock, deliveries will be made within 7 working days of ordering. For shipments to particularly remote locations, delivery will be within 10 days. All product deliveries will be at the risk of LANDSCAPE ABC di Cannone Francesco. Risk will pass to the Customer upon delivery of the products to the Customer by the shipping company, carrier, or other agent appointed by LANDSCAPE ABC di Cannone Francesco for delivery. Goods will normally be shipped via courier. Each shipment will be trackable using the code provided by the courier used via the courier's website.

  18. No liability can be attributed to events resulting from force majeure (strikes, natural disasters, unavailability of materials, supplier or courier delays, pandemics, wars, etc.). LANDSCAPE ABC di Cannone Francesco will not be held liable for any delays in processing the order or in delivering the ordered goods. Delivery times begin only upon written confirmation and/or payment received . In the event of a delay in payment or in providing the necessary information (address, tax information, etc.), LANDSCAPE ABC is not responsible for delays in the initially indicated timeframes.

  19. Unless otherwise specified, delivery is at street level. Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check: a) that the number of packages delivered corresponds to the number indicated on the transport document; b) that the packaging is intact, not damaged, not wet, or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape or plastic strapping). Any damage to the packaging and/or product, or discrepancies in the number of packages or the information must be immediately reported by writing "ACCEPTED WITH RESERVATIONS" on the courier's delivery receipt. Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer may not raise any objections regarding the external characteristics of the delivered goods. We therefore recommend that, even if no external problems are found, always sign the courier's delivery slip with the words "Subject to inspection." If this information is missing and the product is damaged, the courier will no longer be held responsible, regardless of whether insurance is provided. Any issues regarding the physical integrity, correspondence, or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 days of delivery, according to the procedures set forth in this document.

     If the items stored at the courier's warehouse are not collected within 5 business days due to repeated failure to deliver to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order, the order will be automatically cancelled. The courier will return the items to LANDSCAPE ABC di Cannone Francesco del Collo. In this case, the customer is required to reimburse LANDSCAPE ABC di Cannone Francesco for the double shipping costs (to the customer and back). The package will also include an invoice listing the items included and detailing the shipping costs.

  20. Right of withdrawal

  21. Pursuant to Legislative Decree 06/09/05 No. 206, the consumer customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, specifying the reason, within 14 days of delivery of the products. To exercise this right, the customer must send a certified email to This email address is protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. indicating the product or products for which you intend to exercise the Right of Withdrawal, provided they are intact. Once the aforementioned notice of withdrawal has been received, LANDSCAPE ABC di Cannone Francesco will promptly communicate to the customer the instructions on how to return the goods.

  22. The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:

    • The right applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal on only part of the purchased product;

    • The purchased item must be intact.

      By law, shipping costs for returning goods are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping is the customer's sole responsibility until we receive confirmation of receipt at our warehouse. If the goods are damaged during transport, LANDSCAPE ABC di Cannone Francesco will notify the customer so they can promptly file a complaint with their chosen courier and obtain a refund for the value of the goods (if insured). In this case, the product will be made available for return, simultaneously canceling the return request. LANDSCAPE ABC di Cannone Francesco is not responsible for damage or theft/loss of goods returned via uninsured shipments. Upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be inspected for any damage or tampering not resulting from transport. If the packaging and/or original wrapping are damaged, LANDSCAPE ABC di Cannone Francesco will deduct a percentage of the refund due, no more than 20% of the refund, to cover repair costs. If the product has been opened by breaking the seals, the product will not be refunded.

  23. Except for any repair costs for verified damage to the original packaging, LANDSCAPE ABC di Cannone Francesco will refund the customer the full amount paid within 30 days of receiving the returned goods. This will be done by reversing the debited amount via bank transfer. In this case, the customer must promptly provide the bank details for the refund (full IBAN code).

  24. The right of withdrawal lapses entirely, due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents), in cases where LANDSCAPE ABC di Cannone Francesco ascertains:

    • the lack of the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging;

    • the absence of integral elements of the product;

    • damage to the product due to causes other than its transport.

      In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, LANDSCAPE ABC di Cannone Francesco will return the purchased item to the sender, charging the latter the shipping costs.

      24A) Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Customized or Personalized Products; pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 185/99 – Article 5, paragraph 3c, the consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for contracts for the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized.

    Jurisdiction and competent court

  26. Any dispute relating to the application, execution, interpretation, or violation of the online or email sales agreements is subject to Italian jurisdiction. Any dispute between the parties regarding this contract will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Trani.
